導入前の課題
毎朝10分かかっていた環境測定業務が不要に
軽井沢という立地と天然素材をふんだんに使った「快適なオフィス環境」というのが最大の売りである「サードオフィス」。この快適性を数値化するために、従来より温湿度を計測しグラフ化していたが、建物内を巡って記録し、オフィスに戻ってPCにデータを入れ終わるまで10分ほどかかっていた。また、欠測や測定値のばらつきにより、精度の点でも問題があった。
温度・湿度・大気圧を測定できるクライメートセンサー、CO2センサー、ワイヤレススイッチ、人感センサー、Gravioライトを導入。測定データはリアルタイムにMicrosoft Power BIを使ったダッシュボードに表示されるようになった。その結果、毎朝10分の測定業務がなくなっただけでなく、測定の精度・頻度が高くなった。
